Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
Document customer interactions and update account information
Process orders, returns, or service requests as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks related to customer service

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, or office) is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills, basic skills (e.G., MS Office)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy work environment
Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
