Project Manager (Hybrid)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead residential deck and outdoor living projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who is organized, client-focused, and thrives on delivering quality builds with a great team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans with the homeowner to align on scope and expectations.

• Walk job sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, and timelines.

• Uphold company standards and ensure all work meets building codes and passes inspections.

• Procure and manage materials, coordinating with suppliers to prevent delays.

• Provide weekly updates to homeowners, ensuring clear and transparent communication.

• Create and manage schedules to close out projects efficiently.  Creating punch lists for crews for timely project completion and detail.

• Work closely with crews, offering support, guidance, and leadership to complete jobs successfully.

• Address challenges proactively and maintain a positive, solutions-focused environment.
   

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential construction project management (deck/outdoor living experience a plus).

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.

• Experience or familiarity with various industry software and systems.

• Strong communication and client-service skills.

• Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
