Job Descriptions
- Identify, approach, and secure Tier 2 & Tier 3 distributors as well as large specialty retail chains.
- Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 distributors in expanding product reach within their retail customer base (e.g., convenience stores, specialty outlets).
- Present product offerings, negotiate pricing and terms, and drive consistent reorders.
- Provide training, materials, and ongoing support to distributor sales teams.
- Deliver all necessary sales materials, training, and promotional resources to distributor partners.
- Monitor distributor inventory levels to ensure availability of core SKUs.
- Act as a liaison between distributors and the company’s marketing, supply chain, and product teams
- Track and report on distributor performance, sell-in/sell-through data, and local market trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in distributor and chain store sales, preferably within consumer products, lifestyle goods, or specialty retail.
- Familiar with U.S. distribution networks and regional regulations.
- Must be based in the U.S., with valid work authorization.
- Willing and able to travel regularly to visit distributor partners and attend trade events
- Strong network within distribution channels is a plus.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Deep understanding of B2B relationship management.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
