Are you a seasoned HVAC Service Technician with 5+ years of commercial experience? Join our team of professionals who take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients across the Chicago Metro area.
What You'll Do
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, etc.)
• Perform installations, retrofits, and upgrades for heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Respond to service calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate with contractors, property managers, property owners and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with local mechanical codes and safety standards
• Manage service documentation, customer interactions, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Available to perform service on call duty rotation (nights/weekends as required)
• Use basic computer skills for electronic documentation (iPad/iPhone)
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid Illinois driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Chicagoland and NW Indiana service areas
• OSHA 30-Hour Training a plus
• NATE Certification or HVAC Trade School completion preferred
