WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Maintenance Solutions: Perform a variety of repairs across properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.

• Travel Between Communities: Provide support wherever it's needed-helping teams at multiple locations.

• Preventive Maintenance: Ensure systems and building components are regularly serviced and operating properly.

• Resident-Focused Service: Complete work orders with efficiency and professionalism, keeping resident satisfaction at the forefront.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Maintenance experience across multiple disciplines.

• Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel between properties.

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical license or willingness to obtain.

• OSHA certifications for ladder safety and forklift operations.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and property management software.
