We are seeking an Implementation & Business Development Associate Located in FL to join our team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who excels at both building strong client relationships and executing projects with precision. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, with a special focus on the public-school sector, while also actively contributing to the expansion of our business. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Implementation & Project Management 

  • Own the Implementation Process: Lead the end-to-end implementation of our solutions for Community Partners, with a focus on public schools and educational institutions. This includes project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation. 

  • Be the Client's Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. You'll conduct kickoff meetings, provide training, and offer ongoing support to ensure they get the most out of our product. 

  • Tailor Solutions to Client Needs: Work closely with clients to understand their unique workflows and objectives. Configure our solution to meet their specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration and a high level of user satisfaction. 

  • Proactively Resolve Issues: Identify and troubleshoot any technical or logistical issues that arise during implementation. Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and product development, to find quick and effective solutions. 

  • Drive User Adoption: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for end-users and administrators. You'll create resources and guides to empower clients and drive long-term success. 

Business Development 

  • Identify New Opportunities: Research and identify potential new business opportunities, particularly within the public-school market. You'll stay up to date on industry trends and needs to uncover new avenues for growth. 

  • Generate and Qualify Leads: Actively engage in lead generation activities, including cold outreach, attending industry events, and leveraging professional networks. You'll qualify leads to determine their potential and fit. 

  • Nurture Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities. 

  • Support Sales Efforts: Work in tandem with the sales team, providing technical and product expertise during the sales cycle. You'll assist in creating proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our solutions. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Experience: Proven experience in implementation, project management, or client-facing role. Preference for candidates with direct experience working with public schools or in the K-12 education sector. 

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are adept at explaining complex concepts in a clear, concise manner and can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You can think on your feet and develop creative solutions to a variety of challenges. 

  • Proactive and Organized: You are a self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have a keen eye for detail and can effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 

  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy working with diverse groups of people to achieve a common goal.
