This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 2-Day Coverage in September
- Setting: Dental Office
- Procedures/Cases: All Children and Adolescents. Exams, Cleanings, Pulpotomies, Fillings, Simple Extractions, Crowns, Sealants
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 Weeks for New Provider. 1 Week if Already with Medicaid.
- Requirements: Active State License, Medicaid, Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
