Daily Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in commercial and residential construction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, roofing companies, and builders.

• Promote Custom Sheetmetal’s products and services as best-in-class solutions.

• Work with the fabrication team to ensure customer needs are met on time.

• Track sales goals and report progress to management.

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction, roofing, sheet metal, or building materials sales preferred.

• Strong communication and networking skills.

• Self-motivated, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

• Knowledge of sheet metal or roofing systems a plus (but we will train the right candidate).

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites.

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $38,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $70,000.00
