Job Summary: The Dispatch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily dispatching operations, managing a team of dispatchers, and ensuring that all routes and services are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dispatching, strong leadership abilities, and a background in logistics or waste management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of dispatchers, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Route Optimization: Oversee the assignment and optimization of collection routes to ensure maximum efficiency and timely completion of services.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily dispatch operations, making real-time adjustments to address any delays, equipment issues, or unexpected challenges.
- Customer Service Management: Handle escalated customer service issues, working to resolve them promptly and satisfactorily.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dispatch efficiency, route completion, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
