One of our clients in the government domain is looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst who will support production cases, agency partners, and OBG internally driven initiatives. This includes managing the business requirement development life cycle; documenting business rules and functional process maps; developing a requirements traceability matrix; creating test cases, test data, and criteria for acceptance; supporting quality assurance acting as a liaison between the customer community and the technical development team; tracking changes and clarifying any issues/risks; supporting Help Desk functions related to production cases.

Required Skills:
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle, leading requirements gathering and analysis, testing planning, and execution
- Experience using Azure DevOps for projects and work items support
- Experience using Salesforce Customer Relationship Management.
Required Certification:
- IIBA Certification
- Scrum/Agile Certification
Education :
- 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
