We are seeking a Marketing Content Consultant with strong process management skills to ensure seamless execution of content tasks and projects.
The current team creates significant amount of content and is need of a support role to help maintain the library.
You will be responsible for maintaining content integrity, managing deadlines, and overseeing compliance reviews.
The ideal candidate will have interest in financial services and related consumer trends.
Experience working with or around financial advisors or financial planners is ideal.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate annual compliance reviews for each financial piece in a content library, including timely copy edits or assessment of whether to keep the content active for external use.
Implement processes to streamline or consolidate content.
Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
Ensure content aligns with current consumer trends and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with partners to gain approval for use at external broker/dealer firms.
Proactively review and address process roadblocks to ensure content remains actively available for use by external financial professionals.
Provide input on improving content management strategies and processes.
Utilize AI tools and insights to enhance content effectiveness and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in content management within the financial services sector.
Strong project management skills with a focus on process improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of retirement planning (RP) and related consumer trends.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in content strategies.
