Brown & Brown is Seeking a Principal Product Strategist to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL .

This role focuses on driving high-impact, strategic product initiatives that shape the direction of the business. The PPS leads through influence-partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products for our business.

How You Will Contribute

• Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product or product portfolio.
• Identify market opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, and design, through development, launch, and continuous improvement
• Ensure products deliver both customer value and measurable business outcomes.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to junior and mid-level product managers
• Share best practices and foster a culture of product excellence

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

• 15+ years in product management, including experience with complex or large-scale agency management products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Deep knowledge of insurance brokerage product management.
• Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make evidence-based decisions.
