Geshmak is the “Airbnb for Restaurants,” helping restaurants turn downtime into revenue by pairing them with independent chefs, pop-up chefs, private chefs, caterers, and culinary entrepreneurs who want their own space—without the huge cost or long-term commitment of restaurant ownership.
How it works: Restaurants open their kitchens and dining rooms on nights they’re normally closed, and chefs step in to run their own concept. Whether you’re a personal chef, wedding chef, event caterer, food truck owner, supper club host, or culinary creative, Geshmak gives you access to a fully equipped commercial kitchen and dining space one night a week to run your menu, your prices, your team, your brand—with no rent, no overhead, and no hidden fees.
Think of it like a timeshare—you don’t technically own the restaurant, but for that night, it’s all yours: your menu, your prices, your staff, your show.
