• Schedule : 7am-7pm - full time - day shift
• Department : Adult Acute Care unit specializing in adult care/tele and geriatric patients
• Location : Forsyth Medical Center - Winston-Salem, NC
• Unit Description: We are a 35-bed Med-Tele, Acute Adult Care Unit . We give compassionate professional care with Teamwork . We utilize our teamwork to assist with admissions, medication passes, and other resources as needed. The Leadership Team consists of two Assistant Nurse Managers and a Nurse manager. Our patients are mostly adult or geriatric medical patients.

• Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
• Experience : One year of relevant experience, required.
• Licensure/Certification : Appropriate state LPN license, required.
• Additional Skills (required) : Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
