Sr TIBCO Developer

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Sr TIBCO Developer to join their team. As a Sr TIBCO Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various functional groups. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sr TIBCO Developer

**Location:** Waukegan, IL

**Pay Range: $85/hr on w2**

**What's the Job?**

+ Partner with functional groups within the IT organization to clarify business needs and align technology solutions.

+ Provide strategic consultancy support to customers in defining or designing business processes.

+ Research and identify enabling technologies based on customer requirements.

+ Develop, motivate, and provide direction to the technical team to fulfill operational objectives.

+ Participate in the design, programming, and testing of system projects and enhancements.

**What's Needed?**

+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years).

+ Experience with TIBCO BW 5.14.0/BW 5.15 and TIBCO EMS 8.5.1.

+ Knowledge of TIBCO Adapter upgrades and configuration responsibilities.

+ Ability to formulate logical statements of business requirements.

+ Experience in compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
