In this roleyou will drive new business revenue for Quill by buildingpartnerships with the public sector, non-profits, localgovernments, and commercial businesses. You will leverage educationand cooperative contracts to create tailored solutions and generateleads through outbound calls, in-person meetings, and industryevents. You will manage sales pipelines, convert prospects, andconsolidate business from other vendors while delivering anexceptional customer experience. This is a remote position with aregional focus. This position supports customers in the state ofArizona. While the role primarily supports working from home, theindividual performing this role would live within or adjacent tothis region. What you'll be doing: Drive conversion new revenuefrom new customers while building programs to orchestrate salesgrowth in our public sector (SLED) and commercial market. Territoryfor this position is Arizona. Build territory strategy,continuously analyze individual performance, and shift strategy tomeet and exceed revenue goals. Qualify prospects, from internal andexternal leads, based on customer size, spend and potential whilerouting opportunities to fellow sales team members based on salesqualifiers. Schedule appointments and meet with prospectivecustomers in person to present Quill values and solutions. Utilizemarketing collateral to build engaging, meaningful presentations todrive prospect engagement and conversion. Attend conferences,tradeshows, and events representing Quill and winning newcustomers. Create and present custom pricing solutions to potentialhigh growth commercial customers. Leverage education contracts,including Cooperative Purchasing partnerships and Bids, to acquirenew education customers or drive growth for existing. Upon customercommitment, ensure smooth transition to the account managementteam. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, including activitylogs and pipeline. Seek ways to constantly improve, absorb andapply manager and peer led coaching. Make a highly positive impacton culture and team - work well with others, share learnings, buildtrust and lead by example. Work closely with sales leadership andpeers to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies. Championcompany values and services, in addition to product features andbenefits. Grow share of wallet by consolidating business from othervendors, creating customized pricing programs, and developing atrusted advisor relationship with key accounts and their affiliatedsites. Required travel within territory based on appointments,customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel.
