Machine Operator - Heat Treat (3rd Shift)

Job Requirements:
• A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Mechanical skills (Use of hand tools.)
• Ability to read & understand basic work instructions.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Work overtime as required.

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
• Loads conveyor with parts (magazines) for induction heat treating process.
• Follow directions from the Supervisor.
• Operate machine according to Standard Work and Training.
• Assemble product at all work station as per standard work.
• Perform checks and inspections to ensure the product is up to standards.
• Perform basic adjustments to the equipment to keep the lines moving
• Assist to troubleshoot all magazine assemble issues.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized area.
• Advise Supervisor of any situation that interrupts or prevent production from achieving maximum efficiency.

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential
