This facility is seeking an Emergency General Surgery Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Day shift, 7a-5p, Monday - Thursday

· Practice Setting: Inpatient

· Types of Cases: Abdominal pain, appendicitis, GB disease, bowel obstruction, hernias, diverticulitis, pancreatitis, perforated viscus, soft tissue infection.

· Credentialing Timeframe: To be determined

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner Powerchart

· Certifications Required: Board certification, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support

· Licensure Required: Active North Carolina license, Drug Enforcement Administration license
