Job Opportunity: HVAC Technician

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Technician to join our Enviro-Clean team. This role involves working at Lincoln Consolidated School District (year-round!) to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This is a full-time position on 1st shift with a pay of $30 per hour.

Sign-On Bonus Available!

• $300 after 3 weeks of employment
• $500 after 90 days
• $500 after 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Test systems to ensure proper functioning and performance
• Conduct preventative maintenance to extend system lifespan
• Maintain detailed maintenance and service logs
• Collaborate with technicians and contractors to complete projects
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, including pneumatics, VFDs, and controls
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Office and adaptable to new technologies
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures
