Contract Recruiter Located in Columbus, OH Onsite Pay $25-30/hr Contract for 3-4 months Source and screen candidates for cabin crew positions Develop a deep understanding of the ideal candidate profile Collaborate with hiring teams to define and align on recruitment needs Support the coordination and execution of in-person hiring events Top 3 Must-Have Skills (in order of importance): High-volume recruiting experience Agility in learning and adapting to fast-changing environments Strong professionalism and customer service orientation, with excellent verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Background in recruiting roles, especially in high-paced, high-visibility environments Experience using applicant tracking systems
