As an Automotive Shop Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
• Process payments and orders accurately
• Provide support for shipping, loading, and unloading processes
• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
• Assist with merchandising and accounts receivable tasks
• Market thru Facebook and other social media platforms

Required Skills:

• Experience in call center operations
• Strong service sales skills
• Ability to adhere to service standards
• Proficiency in order entry and processing
• Excellent problem resolution and complaint resolution abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Asset protection knowledge
• Cashier skills
• Experience with payment processing

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $36,000 to $60,000 annually. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), 403(b), and health savings accounts (HSAs).
