  • The position can be located in any US branch.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Lease, Encore Inventory and Rental Utilization reports to evaluate and develop strategies for upcoming maturing leases.
  • Evaluate customer needs, leased equipment usage, and applications to prepare recommendations for the end-of-lease options.
  • Collaborate with sales team on development of maturing lease options for customers including lease renewal, lease buy-out, or lease extension in preparation of customer presentations.
  • Prepare communication plans to present to customers regarding the return process.
  • Create strategies for customer buy-out, and/or lease extensions for customers with consideration of customer needs and Crown remarketing needs.
  • Drive consistent cross-functional collaboration internally among impacted Branch and National Account Sales, Crown Credit and Remarketing teams. Provide off-lease strategy presentations and training to sales teams.
  • Review off-lease opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • 5-7 years of related experience
  • Extensive travel (over 20%)
  • Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)
  • Job requires employee to drive personal vehicle to conduct company business (
