We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent & Development Executive to join our People & Culture team, supporting both Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch.

This dual-focused role is a unique opportunity for someone who loves people, culture, and growthcombining recruitment with learning & development in two of the capital's most vibrant and creative hospitality environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

Talent (Recruitment):

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting adverts to onboarding new hires

Support hiring managers with job briefs, interviews, and selection processes

Manage job boards, ATS platforms, and candidate communications

Represent our brands at recruitment events and careers fairs

Deliver engaging and inclusive onboarding experiences for all new team members

Development (Learning & Development):

Facilitating our internal training and delivering our two day onboarding program

Organise and support internal training programmes, workshops, and compliance sessions

Track learning progress, manage training records, and support reporting

Assist with appraisal processes and development plan tracking

Help bring our learning culture to life through creative communications and initiatives

Support wider employee engagement projects and recognition events

What We're Looking For:

A passion for people, growth, and creating great experiences

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confident working across multiple teams and departments

Able to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm, friendly, and focused

Familiarity with Workday system is desirable, but not essential

Salary: Competitive + service charge
