Pet Stat Animal Urgent Care is looking for a full time Veterinarian to join our growing team!
Job Title: Full-Time Urgent Care Veterinarian I On Site
Location: 7161 Beth Bath Pike, Bath, PA 18014
Schedule: Part-Time (Days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays)
Compensation: Salary commensurate upon on experience

Pet Stat Animal Urgent Care is a fast-paced, walk-in urgent care veterinary clinic providing high-quality, immediate care. We bridge the gap between general practice and emergency services—treating sick or injured pets when primary care isn’t available. Our facility is equipped for rapid diagnostics, procedures, and supportive care. We offer a full in-house laboratory area with all the bells and whistles, ultrasound capabilities, Companion animal laser, HT Vista, digital dental radiographs, x-ray equipment, oxygen cages, and much more! Position Overview:
We are seeking a confident, compassionate Part-Time Veterinarian who thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled in managing a variety of urgent medical cases. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys fast-paced work and problem-solving without the demands of overnight emergency medicine. We offer a workplace built on integrity, empathy and teamwork. This position is part time with the potential to become full time in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varying caseload including surgeries, in-patients, and scheduled appointments
Triage and manage walk-in patients with urgent but non-critical conditions
Perform diagnostic evaluations, including lab work and imaging
Perform minor surgeries (laceration repairs, abscess drainages, ear hematomas, etc.)
Competency with more advanced procedures such as foreign body surgery, cystotomy, pyometra, c-section is encouraged
Communicate clearly with pet owners about treatment plans, costs, and follow-up care
Collaborate with technicians and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Requirements:
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
Active veterinary license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
2 years of experience in general practice, urgent care, or emergency medicine preferred. Confident new grads are encouraged to apply.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills; must be comfortable working independently
Calm under pressure and adaptable to a fast-moving environment
Excellent client communication and client service skills
Detail oriented, meticulous medical record documentation, astute attention to detail
