IT Infrastructure Manager

The Manager of Information Technology is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT services at all company locations. This includes IT Help Desk support operations to meet customer requirements, supporting branch location operations and offsite employees, as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications, the maintenance of technology infrastructure and telecom systems, and providing input, guidance, and direction on the development of new technical business solutions. Effectively manages and develops IT team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for infrastructure and telecommunications; develops, maintains, and improves networking infrastructure to maximize business processes and communications.
2. Performs project management functions; includes planning, resource coordination, communication, testing and evaluation, and implementation.
3. Sustains a secure network environment ensuring timely application of security patches, and the development and application of network security policies and procedures.
4. Analyzes complex business needs presented by the user community; identifies, investigates, and proposes solutions, including required resources.
5. Provides technical support to the user community; responds quickly to user concerns, evaluates, and suggests solutions, works to resolution.
6. Produces and communicates timeline for application releases/updates; monitors the progress of the software releases and reports the status to the user community as needed.
7. Participates in all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.
8. Prepare, maintain and/or present activity reports for executive leadership review.
9. Perform routine duties as established by departmental procedures, including required back-ups, month end closings, daily reports, phone system updates, user maintenance, etc.
10.Maintains positive relationships with department leaders, partnering with them to resolve technical challenges in support of each departments work.
11.Remains compliance with JCAHO requirements, especially for emergency management, information management, and disaster preparedness, and all other applicable rules and regulations.
Requirements
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  1. Bachelor of science degree in related field
  2. Two years' experience in an IT leadership role
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Meraki Networks, Cloud Infrastructure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position supervises the Help Desk Team, Networking, and Database.
