Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Handle raw materials, including receiving, mixing, issuing, and returning materials to inventory with accurate documentation

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, equipment utilization, and product quality
  • Support safe operation of all equipment, ensuring a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineer to optimize processing
  • Take ownership of your own safety and contribute to the safety of the entire team

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Physically able to lift up to 90 lbs
  • A proactive mindset and team-first attitude

What You’ll Get in Return:

At PlastiCert, we know our success is driven by the people on our floor — not just the machines. That’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package and work-life balance initiatives that reflect our respect for your time, energy, and goals.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) & Vacation Accrual
  • 401(k) with 50% Company Match

  • AFLAC Supplemental Insurance
  • Supportive team culture and long-term growth opportunities
