DAY TO DAY:
As a Project Manager / Construction Engineer in Charge at the company, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing road construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with AASHTO, FHWA, and MDOT standards. Much of your work will focus on public construction projects, including those with the Department of Transportation, local cities, and counties. You'll prepare and submit MDOT proposals, communicate with clients and stakeholders, conduct site visits, and lead project teams. Additionally, you'll review project reports and invoices, address client concerns, and implement quality control measures. Your role will also include problem-solving, decision-making, and staying updated on industry trends to continuously improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

2+ Years PM (Project Manager) Experience
