Shifts will vary based on anticipated hours per week, with core first shift hours being Monday -- Friday, 8 hours from 10:30a -- 7:00p; core second shift hours being Monday -- Friday, 8 hours from 8:00p -- 4:30a; and with a minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
Rate of Pay: $22.39 for first shift and $24.39 for second shift. Overtime may be required at a rate of 1 the base salary offered - $33.59 for first shift and $36.59 for second shift.
Wage will be paid bi-weekly. All deductions from worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Employer will provide workers at no charge with all tools, supplies, and equipment to perform the job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least of workdays in each 12-week period of total employment time.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the 1^st^ workweek for a visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Air transportation to the place of employment will be provided by employer at no cost to the worker (air travel paid upfront). Ground expenses and subsistence costs will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Expenses will be reimbursed to workers during the 1st work week. If the worker does not complete at least half of employment period, the worker is expected to refund the employer.
Return transportation will be provided if worker completed the employment period or is dismissed early by employer. Housing is not provided.
