Olentangy Local Schools is looking for a full-time School Psychologist to join their multidisciplinary team and support students academic, behavioral, and emotional development. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school community.
Position Overview:
As a School Psychologist, you will conduct assessments, contribute to intervention planning, and collaborate with educators and families to promote positive student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and generate detailed reports
Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations
Provide short-term counseling and crisis support when needed
Develop and monitor FBAs and BIPs for students requiring behavioral intervention
Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on effective strategies
Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
Required Qualifications:
Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
Active Ohio School Psychologist Certification
Familiarity with IEP processes, MTSS, and behavioral consultation
School-based experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Details:
Type: Full-time, onsite
Schedule: MondayFriday during standard school hours
Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
