Compensation & Benefits Coordinator Overview: The Compensation & Benefits Coordinator supports a growing organization with approximately 1,100 field employees and over 50 corporate stores. This role ensures new hires receive accurate information on benefit registration and guides employees on where to direct benefits-related questions. While not expected to be a subject-matter expert, the coordinator should possess familiarity with benefits systems and terminology. On the compensation side, the coordinator will assist with pricing jobs, validate salary ranges using tools like Payfactors and Blackbox, and support compensation leadership with analysis and market data. A solid understanding of compensation structures, including base pay, bonuses, and hourly wages, is required. Key Requirements: 1+ years of experience in compensation or benefits administration (total rewards preferred) Familiarity with compensation analysis and supporting a compensation leader Comfortable with benefits processes and terminology; experience with Paycor a plus Highly detail-oriented and eager to learn Thrives in a small team environment Must be willing to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday each week
