Campus Chef

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated campus chef for our Aladdin Campus Dining team in Owensboro, KY. As a campus chef, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious, healthy food for students & staff.

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.

Must-haves:

• Five years of culinary management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Nice-to-haves:

• Associates degree in culinary arts.
• Previous experience in Higher Education
• Previous experience in Food Service Contract Management Services
