Are you a culinary professional looking to bring your creativity and management skills to a dynamic and growing brewery in Taunton, MA? Berkley Beer Company is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our kitchen operations and contribute to our unique taproom experience.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $55,000.00
  • Maximum Salary: $65,000.00
  • PTO including vacation, personal, sick, and paid holidays
  • Typically 4-day work weeks

Company Information:

The Berkley Beer Company developed out of our passion for brewing quality beer. We are a 162 seat capacity Taproom and an open-air kitchen focused on our beautiful mosaic pizza oven. We began brewing 13 years ago, creating five gallon batches in my kitchen at home. However, as the hobby grew, so did the equipment, and the mess. Soon, we moved to the basement of my barn and built a new homemade brewing system of repurposed materials. We shared our brews with friends and family and were encouraged to take it to the next level. Now, we have expanded our workspace and brew with state-of-the-art equipment, but we still treat every batch with great care and use the highest quality ingredients. We meticulously test and adjust our recipes to ensure that our brews are fresh, unique and flavorful. Though the quest for the perfect pint led us to establish Berkley Beer Company, we continue striving to produce distinctive handcrafted beer for you to enjoy. 

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all kitchen staff and ensure adherence to company guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Optimize profits by controlling food costs, production, waste, and labor
  • Conduct inventory and ordering
  • Recipe development and execution of new menu items
