Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Knife skills for precision cutting and preparation
• Portion control to ensure consistency and cost efficiency
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Grilling, frying, baking, and other cooking techniques
• Back of house operations including food handling, preparation, and sanitation
• Catering for events and special occasions
• Ordering, merchandising, and stocking inventory
• Closing duties to ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization

Required Skills:

• Menu Planning: Ability to create diverse and appealing menus
• Knife Skills: Proficiency in using various knives for food preparation
• Portion Control: Understanding of portion sizes and cost management
• Food Quality: Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality
• Grilling: Experience in grilling techniques and flavor profiles

Nice to Have Skills:

• Food and Beverage Management experience
• ServSafe Certified for food safety
• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and baking

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $65,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $75,000.00
• Flexible schedules, sick leave, and paid time off
