La Collina is seeking a Line Cook to join our team in Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious Italian dishes from scratch, ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met.

Job Expectations:

• Utilize your expertise in broiling, sautéing, and pasta making to create authentic Italian dishes
• Contribute to menu planning and assist in maintaining food cost management
• Showcase your knife skills and plate presentation techniques
• Ensure portion control and practice scratch cooking methods
• Prepare seafood, pastries, sauces, soups, desserts, and special diet dishes
• Manage kitchen operations to uphold food quality standards
• Engage in batch cooking and a la carte preparation

Salary: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
