Territory Sales Representative – Offline Channel Focus (Adult Products)

 

We are seeking a seasoned, results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to spearhead our offline channel expansion across the U.S. adult products market. The ideal candidate must bring a proven track record of sales success and established distribution resources within the industry. This role is critical for unlocking new revenue streams through brick-and-mortar retail and wholesale partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities

I. Sales and Growth Execution

1. Drive Offline Market Penetration: Prioritize and aggressively develop new offline sales channels (wholesale, distributors, specialty retail) to rapidly expand market share.

2. Strategic Sales Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans to consistently exceed challenging monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

3. Budget Ownership: Effectively manage sales promotion budgets to ensure the maximum cost-effectiveness and highest ROI on all sales activities.

4. Business Intelligence: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends and competitor dynamics to inform agile sales strategies and competitive positioning.

 

II. Relationship Management & Brand Building

1. Key Account Cultivation: Establish and maintain a robust customer database, proactively managing key customer relationships to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term loyalty.

2. Industry Presence: Organize and participate in major industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and strategically expand the professional network.

3. Digital Resource Leverage: Develop relevant online and offline sales channels, including leveraging social media and digital communication resources to support sales efforts.

 

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a high-achiever who meets the following criteria:

1. Offline Sales Expertise (Mandatory): Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or territory expansion role within the adult products industry is required.

2. Established Network: Must possess existing, verifiable distribution and/or retail connections/resources within the U.S. adult products sector.

3. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent demonstrated sales success.

4. Performance Mindset: Exceptional self-motivation, resilience (stress resistance), and a documented ability to achieve and surpass aggressive business goals.

5. Core Skills: Superior business negotiation, complex deal closing, and customer relationship management abilities.

6. Market Acumen: Deep familiarity with the U.S. adult products market, consumer behavior, and a clear understanding of relevant state and federal laws and regulations.

7. Data-Driven: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to leverage metrics and insights to make informed sales decisions and optimize performance.

8. Language & Culture: Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory. Spoken Chinese/Mandarin proficiency is a significant plus for collaborating with international partners.

9. Legal Status: Must possess a legal and valid U.S. work permit (at least).

 

Work & Compensation Details

1.Office Location: Los Angeles, California.

2.Travel: Frequent travel is required within the assigned territory, which may encompass the entire United States.

3.Compensation: A highly competitive salary package based on capability and experience, featuring a strong structure of base salary plus uncapped sales commission tied directly to performance.
