Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and preparation
• Plate presentation for a variety of dishes
• Scratch cooking including pasta, salads, seafood, and more
• Broiling, sautéing, and wok cooking
• Ensuring food quality and portion control

Required Skills:

• Experience in a la carte cooking
• Strong knife skills
• Ability to make sauces, soups, desserts, and pastries
• Knowledge of kitchen management and dietary restrictions
• Experience with special diets and dietary restrictions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in pastry making
• Knowledge of kitchen management
• Experience with dietary restrictions

Salary and Benefits:
