All leads are provided by the Broker so you can focus on closing deals and not bogged down with marketing and trying to find clients.

We work mostly with investors from all over the world and buyers local as well. New concept is a sale and property management Real Estate Firm that manages over 700 investor own properties .

These investors have our Agents help them buy more properties to expand their portfolio,as well as sell their investment properties for them.

We host the Arizona Chapter of the NREIC this is also a tool to get investor sales leads .

We host the New Concept Buyers club as well  one of the club perks is zero down home purchase wich brings a multitude of buyers to the table.

Agents must have a preffered 2 years or more experience with at least 12 closed transactions to your credit. One year experience is ok as long as you have at least 12 closed transactions to your credit.
