Being a staff member at Laurel South is far more than a summer job—it’s an immersive, meaningful experience set on the shores of Crescent Lake in Maine’s Sebago Lakes region. You’ll join a caring, professional team of coaches, educators, and college students who are passionate about working with children and committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming community. Through our action-packed 3.5-week sessions, you’ll help campers explore a wide range of activities across our core program—Athletics, Waterfront, Adventure, Inter-Arts, Tennis, Equestrian, and Special Areas—while building leadership skills, confidence, and lifelong friendships of your own. Laurel South is a down-to-earth place where staff from around the world form lasting bonds, are encouraged to be themselves, and have the rare opportunity to reach their full potential by helping others discover new strengths, interests, and confidence—all while having an unforgettable summer.
