I joined the OT team at DT to seek mentorship under Irene and deepen my clinical expertise. Since joining, I’ve refined my analytical skills in pediatrics and developed a stronger understanding and execution between the relationship of therapeutic activities and the development of a child's own functional abilities. The environment here is exceptionally supportive; the therapists are genuine, collaborative, and provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback. I especially value the presence of volunteers and OT fieldwork students, which further fosters a vibrant, continuous learning culture. I most value the authentic and sincere communication and culture.
