Encompassing Therapy Treatments for our patients

Our Physical Therapists provide a wide range of outpatient therapy treatments including:

- Manual Therapy - A hands on technique to address musculoskeletal injuries. (Soft tissue and joint mobilization).

- Neuromuscular Techniques- Designed to focus on neurological disorders that include strokes, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, etc.

- Geriatrics - Encompassing many aspects related to balance deficits, fall risk prevention, diabetes and general weakness.

Our Occupational Therapists provide a wide range of in home outpatient therapy treatments including:

- Therapeutic Activities- Designed to assist the person in maintaining independence in their everyday tasks.

- Adaptive Equipment Assessments- Focusing on the need to modify the environment for functionality and safety.

- Activities for Daily Living - Skill development and techniques which address bathing, grooming, feeding, meal preparation transportation and medication management.

Our Speech-Language Pathologists specialize in communication and swallowing disorders resulting from injuries & cognitive deficits:

- Oral Motor Activities - Designed to strengthen and improve muscle control needed to self-feed and speak.

- Assessment of Communication Devices- Alternative forms for communicating when disorders result in the inability to vocalize needs.

- Skill Development - Focusing on daily communication and feeding tasks with emphasis on safety issues.
