Community Health Programs (CHP) is a non-profit federally qualified health center (FQHC) network serving patients of all ages. They offer Medical, dental and family services regardless of payment. CHP is based in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

Our mission is to nurture and inspire healthy lives for people throughout the Berkshires by delivering exceptional and compassionate health care and family services.
