Dr. Andrew Lavasser and his staff were very professional timely and friendly. Upon entering the lobby it was a noticeably clean environment with refreshments and entertainment If needed. We were taken back into a room within 15 minutes of arrival and spoke with a technician ( I beleive her name was Madison) she was kind, welcoming and attentive. About 5 mins later we had a consult with the doctor expressed our concerns and he was very informative and caring. Before continuing with the treatment plan the costs of treatment were listed out as well as different options of treatment before starting. We spent about 2.5 hours in total but it felt like an hour due to the calm environments. My dog is usually anxious and shaking at the vet but not here. My husband and I will be switching this to her primary office. Thank you Dr. LaVasser, Chloe is doing great now!
