Empower Physical Therapy is a small PT-owned practice serving Libby and Troy in Northwest Montana. Established in 2021 as a mobile practice, we are excited to be expanding with a new clinic opening in Libby this summer. Our philosophy places the patient at the center of their care, delivering high quality, evidence-based treatments tailored to each individual's unique needs. We are deeply rooted in the Libby and Troy communities, fostering strong relationships to enhance local health and well-being.
