Working for NEIBH is so rewarding and fulfilling, knowing we are all making a difference in the lives of others. From seeing the clients interact with their therapists before and after appointments and also seeing the changes in clients, their facial expressions are so vibrant and full of life where they truly know they matter. This shows how important the work is that we do here at NEIBH. We support people in knowing it is truly ok to be who you truly are and have fun no matter who the outside world tells you to be. It is your story that you are writing and it is beautiful. Some of my favorite memories are when clients would play hide and seek with their therapist in the hallways after their session and races in the lawn outside of the agency while waiting for their parent/ driver to pick them up, where when they first started coming to the agency they were shy and not sure about their therapists. We build relationships here where we truly care for the clients we serve and the co-workers we work with that is why I am dedicated to working for this agency and the clients we serve.
