Family Support Circle (FSC), established in 2001, was founded by compassionate individuals driven by the need to provide quality youth development and education in both the United States and Haiti. With the support of its dedicated Board of Directors, FSC is expanding its reach in Haiti to offer young people access to quality education and opportunities for a better life.

Originally based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, FSC now serves communities in the Metro Atlanta Area as well. As a 501(c)(3) nonsectarian social service agency, FSC is committed to enhancing the potential and quality of life for individuals and families in the national and international communities we serve.

At the heart of FSC’s mission is a person-centered philosophy and a deep commitment to delivering expert support. Our services include:

Youth Development: Programs to nurture growth, learning, and life skills.
In-Home Support: Personalized care for individuals in the comfort of their homes.
Community Access Programs: Opportunities for youth, adults, and elderly individuals to engage fully in their communities.
Specialized Education in Haiti: Providing young people with the tools for academic success and personal growth.
Support for Medically Fragile Individuals and Those with Developmental Disabilities: Tailored programs to meet their unique needs.
