Our Story

As a third-generation builder, Founder & CEO Robert C. Kettler parlayed a small construction business to be a multi-million-dollar real estate services firm. Over the last four decades, Kettler has been inspired and led by industry-leading innovators who identify and envision impressive plans for the land and buildings that have become roots of many of the most vibrant, diverse, and thriving neighborhoods in the Mid-Atlantic region to date.

KETTLER has a credible reputation as one of the top multifamily development companies in the region for designing quality, mixed-use, and expansive spaces for residents to call home.
