Blue Circle Health is a first-of-its-kind health care delivery system for people with T1D living in underserved communities. Our initial grant of $45M from The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust enables us to design every aspect of care to do whats best for our patients without the constraints of traditional healthcare reimbursement policies. Through our comprehensive care model, T1D families will be able to access the services needed to thrive with this challenging disease including peer coaching, insurance support, medications and supplies, behavioral health care, nutritional support, education and endocrinology care at no cost. A cutting edge information technology platform underpins our care model, allowing us to serve more families and detect problems sooner, removing the barriers that prevent people from getting the care they need.
