McDonalds began in 1955 with one restaurant, founded by Ray Kroc. Some restaurants are owned by the McDonalds Corporation and some are franchised out to independent business owners.

Our McDonald's Franchise owns and operates 28 restaurants in Southeast Atlanta, Ga. We are a 3rd Generation Franchisee, dating back to Ray Kroc and Fred Turner days. Philip W. Vineyard, and Vernon Vineyard opened their first 2 stores in Chicago, after which they moved a few years later to open 26 stores across Florida.

In 1973, the family restaurants were sold in Florida, and Bruce P. Vineyard and Susan Vineyard Wahl, moved to Conyers (SE of Atlanta), Ga, to start a 2nd Generation Franchise, and grew their business to 19 stores, with their children, Phillip, Lynn, and Bruce Jr.

Upon the retirement of Bruce Sr. in 2019 after 63 years in the McDonald's system, Bruce Vineyard, Jr. and Lynn bought their Father's restaurants to become 3rd Generation Owner/Operators. We have built our business over the past few years from 12 to 28 restaurants. Their brother Philip Vineyard left McDonald's but is now our Family and Business lawyer. We have been in the Atlanta market for over 50 years now! And we are PROUD to be a part of the McDonald's system!
