HeartShare Human Services of New York is a nonprofit human-services organization offering services and programs in Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. HeartShare Human Services and The HeartShare School encourage greater independence for children and adults with intellectual disabilities through residential, educational, health care, employment, life skills, and case management, as well as recreational programs. HeartShare Wellness connects people with chronic conditions to medical and related resources to improve quality of life. HeartShare St. Vincents Services (HSVS) empowers children, adults and families to overcome the challenges of family crises, addiction, mental illness and poverty.
