ABOUT THE CREEDE HOTEL & RESTAURANT:

As we gear up for the summer 2026 season, we're excited to welcome some new menbers to our team! Last ywar, We introduced some new features, a new look and a new service level. Including a brand-new bar area, and as always, a fresh new menu for the upcoming saeason that aims to please and designed to cater to all tastes. Our offerings will include lunch, dinner, and bar bites, ensuring a fantastic dining experience for every guest.

As of 02/13/2026, we are sooking for team members in all areas of the business, we anticipate our summer being string, we have grown year over year, and we're gearing up for another great summer.

In addition to our restaurant and bar, we are proud to have a sister event venue just outside of Creede. We host all sorts of events there. Our catering business gets engagnements all all of the other venues in the area. Staff may have the opportunity to work at these venues during events, adding variety to their schedule and enhancing their experience with us.

We’re thrilled to welcome back a solid team of returning crew members who are all dedicated to making this summer season the best one yet. Their passion for hospitality, commitment to service excellence, and love for the community are what make The Creede Hotel & Restaurant a special place.

When it comes to employee housing, we’re proud to offer some great accommodations in and arround Creede. Most of our housing options are single-family style homes, where everyone gets their own private bedroom, providing a comfortable and private space for you to relax after a busy day. Shared common areas are available at each location. All are walking distance to The Hotel, the furether one being about a 15-20 minute walk. If driving, all are with a couple of minutes of work.

ROOM AND BOARD:

We offer comfortable, well-maintained employee housing options just a 5-15 minute walk from The Creede Hotel & Restaurant, making it easy and convenient to get to work. Driving is quick, within a couple of minutes from work. Our housing includes single occupancy bedrooms with shared bathrooms, providing a private space for rest while sharing common amenities with your fellow employees.

Each housing unit features full kitchens, allowing you to prepare your own meals and save on dining expenses. Outdoor spaces are available for relaxation or socializing, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Creede weather. There is also parking available for residents.

Pricing for rooms ranges from $400/month to $800/month, with utilities included, so you can enjoy the convenience of an all-inclusive rental without worrying about extra costs. The housing is just a short commute from work, making it an ideal option for those looking to stay close to the action while enjoying all that Creede has to offer. Lower priced options tend to become occupied first, we strive to maintain a deep discount from local room rental options.

GETTING HERE AND GETTING AROUND:

Creede is located in Southwest Colorado, about an hour west of Great Sand Dunes National Park and just west of the Rio Grande National Forest. Public transportation is not available, but walking and biking around town is easy. The grocery store, health clinic, gas station, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance.

Driving

Creede is easily drivable, and while a car is not required for work, we recommend having one for personal use and to explore the area. Parking is free and plentiful. The drive is mountainous, so be prepared for narrow lanes, tight curves, and elevation changes. Snow usually melts by May, but late spring storms can happen.

Airports Nearby:

Mineral County Memorial Airport is in Creede, if you happen to have a friend with a private plane we can arrange a pickup!

Greyhound to Pueblo and Walsenburg, 2.5 hours from Creede.
Amtrak to Trinidad, 3 hours from Creede.

Some pickup arrangements can be made with prior notice and scheduling. We do not guarantee that we can pick you up, but our staff frequesly travels to the nearby towns to get supplies. Talk to us.

FOR FUN:

At The Creede Hotel & Restaurant, we believe that creating strong bonds within our team is key to having a successful season. Our goal is for everyone to arrive in two distinct timelines. The first crew ill arrive around the last part of April and first day of May. The seciond wave will usually arrive around the last dayof May and between the first days of June. As our new folks arrive. we strive to make getting to know everyone else easier by scheduling social and relaxing times together outside of work—it’s the best way to break the ice! Forming these connections early will set us up for success and an amazing summer together!
